Job Description
The Executive Director leads the business strategy, manages senior client relationships, and drives sustainable revenue growth. The role provides senior leadership across stakeholders to deliver complex client solutions while ensuring strong risk and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and drive the industry strategy in line with business and Group objectives
- Manage and deepen relationships with key and strategic clients
- Originate and sponsor complex transactions and cross‑product solutions
- Work closely with product, risk, legal, compliance and operations teams to execute deals
- Provide senior oversight on credit, risk and approval matters
- Represent the Bank in industry and client engagements
- Lead, mentor and develop senior bankers and future leaders
Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of relevant banking or financial services experience
- Strong track record in client coverage, deal origination and execution
- Solid understanding of credit, risk and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to operate at a senior leadership level in a matrix environment
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
