Job description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Human Resources (HR) Specialist who is passionate about developing our talent pipeline to support the growth of our regional teams, support employee engagement & drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented & thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can take ownership of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, talent management & HR operations.

As a key member of the team, you will also partner with management & function heads to build strong training & development pathways for employees. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys implementing process improvements, designing employee experiences & contributing to strategic HR initiatives within a fast growing organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations while ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements & internal policies. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation & operational workflows. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, refining & implementing HR processes to improve efficiency & employee engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to screening to onboarding. Develop hiring strategies that strengthen our employer branding & attract high quality talent within resource and time parameters.
  • Performance Management & Succession Planning: Lead the planning & execution of performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate performance reviews & succession planning discussions with function heads to identify development needs & growth pathways.
  • Learning & Development: Work with stakeholders to identify skill gaps & training needs. Develop, coordinate & administer training & upskilling initiatives. Design effective training materials & ensure they are regularly updated & aligned with business priorities.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Manage the full employee lifecycle including, but not limited to, onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, regular engagement touchpoints & exit interviews. Implement engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, communication & retention of competent employees.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR operations, with experience in Learning & Development considered an advantage
  • Strong coordination & organisation skills
  • Good communication skills coupled with high emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to effectively manage and train employees
  • Detail-oriented & able to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Pro-active, growth mindset with the confidence to drive continuous improvement, embrace new challenges & grow together with the company
