ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records
  • Handle general administrative duties and provide office support
  • Assist with preparation of reports and other documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments when necessary
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior or Management

Requirements

  • Diploma / LCCI / relevant accounting qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling accounts duties; experience in the construction Industry will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC and Ezy accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, responsible, possession of a good working attitude and a team player
