ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records
Handle general administrative duties and provide office support
Assist with preparation of reports and other documentation
Liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments when necessary
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior or Management
Requirements
Diploma / LCCI / relevant accounting qualification
At least 1 year of experience in handling accounts duties; experience in the construction Industry will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of ACCPAC and Ezy accounting software will be an added advantage
Meticulous, responsible, possession of a good working attitude and a team player
