Key Responsibilities
Support daily financial operations including fund management, payments, receipts, and reconciliationsAssist in handling cashiering and treasury-related tasksMaintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactionsSupport month-end closing activities and basic accounting entriesMonitor account balances and assist in resolving discrepanciesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial workflowsEnsure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of experience in finance, cashiering, accounting, or fund operations1–3 years of experience in digital asset financial operations is a plusProficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)Strong attention to detail, responsible, and good numerical skillsAble to work on a rotational shift from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM for approximately 10–11 days per month to support finance operations across different time zones.
