About The Role

This role supports the Sales Capture team by contributing to active deal pursuits and enabling effective sales cycle execution. You will gain hands-on exposure to core sales activities, with structured opportunities to build foundational skills in value shaping and deal development, preparing you for progression into a sales capture role.

Key Responsibilities


  • Shadow and support Sales Capture leads (“first chair”) across active deal pursuits
  • Participate in deal team working sessions, contributing ideas and insights to strengthen proposals
  • Support internal sales cycle activities and help drive assigned tasks to timely completion
  • Assist in the development of deal deliverables, including message houses and supporting materials
  • Conduct research and analysis to support opportunity shaping and client positioning
  • Prepare briefing materials for internal reviews and client engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align on deliverables
  • Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across deal artifacts


  • Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, business development, consulting, or relevant internships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated interest in developing a career in sales or commercial roles


  • Good to have:


  • Exposure to B2B sales, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with sales processes, deal cycles, or proposal development
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear, compelling messages
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn core sales concepts such as value proposition development and negotiation preparation
