Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant – Singapore

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling of import and export cargo while maintaining high standards of inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.
- Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, put away, and ship cargo within a warehouse environment
- Check, retrieve, load, unload, pack, and palletise import and export shipments
- Update cargo receipt and shipment status accurately within the ERP system
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies when required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and security protocols
- Support additional operational activities as directed by the supervisor
- What We're Looking For
- Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent
- 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, packing, and palletising activities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
