Overview
Our client is a global leader in construction technology solutions. Due to business expansion in Japan, they are seeking a
Field Sales Representative within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) segment.
This role focuses on driving growth through new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts, especially within CAD/BIM/CAM-related software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Japan market
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts
- Propose CAD/BIM/CAM and construction SaaS solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and presentations
- Build strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical)
- Drive recurring revenue through renewals and maintenance
- Address unauthorized software usage and convert to licensed users
- Provide market insights and feedback to HQ
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software/IT sales
- Experience in construction technology (CAD/BIM/CAM) sales
- Proven track record in new business acquisition
- Strong knowledge of BIM and SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business-level Japanese (For external communication)
- Business-level English preferred(For internal communication)
