Support manpower planning and administration
Manage rewards and recognition programmes
Oversee career and performance management processes
Partner with management to implement and govern HR policies
Engage employees and external stakeholders

Balancing the diverse and sometimes competing needs of management, employees, and external parties while ensuring consistent and fair application of HR policies
What We Are Looking For
Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR management is preferred
Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Certification is preferred
Driven and results-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
