We are looking for intern(s) to join our Infrastructure Services team, supporting infrastructure operations, incident management, and project implementation activities to ensure the smooth delivery and support of healthcare systems.
The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following
Infrastructure Operations Support
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure-related incidents and issues
- Support system maintenance activities to ensure stable and reliable operations
Incident and Service Management
- Assist in managing and tracking infrastructure incidents, service requests, and operational issues
- Work with technical teams to investigate and follow up on reported problems
- Support incident documentation and ensure timely communication of issue status and resolutions
Project Implementation Support
- Assist in infrastructure-related activities during project implementation and system enhancements
Project Tracking and Reporting
- Support the tracking of project deliverables and operational tasks related to the infrastructure domain
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, status updates, and progress reports
- Help ensure activities are completed according to project timelines and quality standards
About You
- Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Business Information Systems, IT Systems and Network, Cyber & Network Security or a related discipline
- Knowledge of cloud domains is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about using technology to improve healthcare services and patient experiences
