Data entry for environment, health and safety (EHS)-related projects and reports including noise and chemical monitoring, and soil and groundwater testing
Assistance in the preparation of technical reports including audit, site assessment, noise and chemical monitoring, and soil and groundwater testing
Carry out research to assist consultants in scoping for EHS and environmental, social and governance (ESG)-related work
Participation in site work; site work areas are typically greenfield, brownfield or industrial areas
Maintenance of field notes, including filing and management of project files
Assistance in preparation and calibration of sampling equipment for field use
Adhering to Golder’s health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) standards, including, but not limited to:
Identifying existing and potential site hazards.
Reporting all HSSE concerns, incidents and near miss events
Actively participating in and encouraging adherence to our HSSE policy, programs and industry best practices
Performing any other duties, including miscellaneous office-related tasks, as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate studying bachelor's degree in a related or allied field such as Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety
No work experience required
