Establish and implement BIM execution plan and be responsible for the development, implementation and management of BIM processes, standards and workflow.
Manage and enforce quality control /quality assurance / BIM documentation for adherence to established standards / guides
Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements.
Ensure on-time delivery of visuals and shop drawings by team members to support construction works
Partner the project team to facilitate review using BIM models and relevant analysis
Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
Any other duties assigned from time to time
Deployment of BIM Coordinator/Modeler to respective site including coordination/collaboration with various site Project Manager with regards to staff & project deliverables.
Oversee the BIM Team development and progression
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of advance and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in ACMV projects/ construction industry
With relevant experiences in coordination in multi-disciplinary design environment
Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology
Good leadership and interpersonal skills with positive energy and drive
Must be trained and proficient in Autodesk Revit & Naviswork
