The Opportunity

- We are looking for a Product Manager
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Product Operations, Business Analysis
- AI skills with demonstrated experience
- Cross functional collaboration
- Familiarity with API concepts (e.g., REST, JSON) and ability to create or interpret API documentation
- Background in B2B and partner-facing environments, particularly in onboarding or implementation roles
- Understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals, including secure data-sharing practices
- Experience with customer feedback tools and ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards) to identify trends and support decision-making
- Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) processes and creation of marketing materials materials (e.g., product briefs, FAQs, pitch decks)
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin (to work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Job Description
- AI-Powered Product: Use Generative AI to build and maintain a scalable library of product assets. You will produce technical one-pagers, API walkthroughs, and onboarding guides, ensuring our external documentation evolves as fast as our internal code.
- B2B Product Delivery & TPM: You will track the development of customer requirements, monitor delivery milestones, and proactively surface blockers to ensure product commitments are met on time.
- Partner Onboarding & Technical Enablement: Operationalize the "Day 1" experience for key accounts You will manage data-gathering workflows, facilitate secure data-sharing protocols, and create the technical documentation necessary for partners to integrate our services seamlessly.
- Voice of the Partner (VOP) Synthesis: Systematically collect, categorize, and prioritize technical feedback from external partners. You will transform raw customer pain points into structured insights that help Product Managers refine the B2B roadmap.
- Release & GTM Coordination: Support the "last mile" of product launches by preparing marketing materials, updating internal knowledge bases, and ensuring the commercial team is technically equipped to explain new feature releases.
