Drive operational excellence and innovation by reviewing processes to identify potential areas of improvement to optimize quality, efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points and align on objectives and considerations
Analyse data to derive actionable insights and guide decision making
Monitor key performance metrics and indicators in conjunction with internal stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimisation and process improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships across different teams
Ability to learn quickly, and manage multiple projects effectively
A year working experience is preferred, candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply
