Job Description
- Support regional stakeholders in identifying challenges and opportunities across markets
- Assist in the standardisation of best practices by helping to document effective solutions for future reference and reuse
- Contribute to building relationships with country teams by providing research and analytical support grounded in the regional context
- Participate in operational assessments through engagement with on-the-ground teams to develop an understanding of operational pain points
- Help translate qualitative feedback and operational insights into structured summaries and recommendations that inform regional decision-making
- Assist in the rollout and execution of regional initiatives by supporting alignment efforts and flagging potential risks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking with an interest in SEA regional operations, marketing & buyer experience, and e-commerce
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Eagerness to learn, resilient, with an eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
- Prior internship experience or coursework in business, marketing, or e-commerce is a plus
