Job Responsibilities
You will provide administrative and operational support to Community Nursing Services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be required to support service delivery through data collation and analysis, assist in the monitoring of key performance indicators, and provide administrative coordination for programmes and initiatives.You will also oversee finance and procurement processes, including budget tracking, raising purchase requests/orders, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies. In addition, you will support quality improvement initiatives, reporting, and process enhancements within the department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Strong organisational, analytical and coordination skills
- Experience in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, dashboards)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of database management or analytics tools will be an advantage
