About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and industry-savvy AI Business Intelligence Trainer to deliver engaging training programmes in business analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled decision-making. The role focuses on equipping adult learners with practical skills in leveraging AI tools for business insights and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training in AI applications for business intelligence and analytics
- Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and BI Dashboards
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
- Design and customise course materials based on industry use cases
- Guide learners through data interpretation, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- Support project-based learning and case study assessments
Requirements
- 2–5 years of teaching/training experience in adult education or analytics
- 3–5 years industry experience in business analytics, BI, or data reporting with AI exposure
- Practical experience in:
- AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepSeek)
- Data visualisation and dashboards
- Performance analysis and reporting metrics
Qualifications & Certifications
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ACTA or ACLP certification (required)
- Certifications in AI, business intelligence, or data analytics preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of data ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability
- Experience with forecasting models and automation tools
- Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience delivering online training via Zoom / Microsoft Teams
