Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct all background screening on candidate, initiate & follow up on reference check
Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate
Resolve 1st level discrepancies between applicants declared information and results from screening checks
Liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate
Run through document validity check before sending for final review
Tracking of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Any other projects or tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in any discipline
Experience in distribution support is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
Self-motivated and independent worker
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Good communication skills
Team player
