Responsibilities

Performa broad range of HR functions, with a focus on employee benefits, staff engagement,and creating a positive employee experience.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices
Provide sound HR advisory and support to management and staff, exercising professionalism and good judgment
Partner with leadership to foster a positive work environment that supports employee growth and development
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience across multiple HR functions
Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people across different backgrounds and levels
Resourceful, proactive, and able to balance operational responsibilities with a heart for people and staff care
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
