Responsibilities

  • Performa broad range of HR functions, with a focus on employee benefits, staff engagement,and creating a positive employee experience.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices
  • Provide sound HR advisory and support to management and staff, exercising professionalism and good judgment
  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive work environment that supports employee growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience across multiple HR functions
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people across different backgrounds and levels
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to balance operational responsibilities with a heart for people and staff care
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
