- $4000 - $4900 Basic + AWS + VB

The Job:
- Monitor plant yield performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Lead non-conformance management, including RCA, CAPA, and quality issue resolution.
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and R&D teams on quality improvements.
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable industry standards.
The Talent
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years Internal Quality/In-Process working experience
