Handle end-to-end HR service delivery, providing operational and administrative support to employees and managers
Job Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and issuance of offer letters, employment contracts, staff/employment passes, exit documentation and other required documentation
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP), including data entry for hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements during employee life-cycle (e.g: MOM work pass application, renewals, cancellation and any other regulatory requirements where necessary).
Conduct pre-employment and reference checks in line with bank policies
Assist with interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
Generate HR reports and provide documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance
Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees and managers
Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks and projects as required

Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within banking or financial services
Experience in onboarding, offboarding, HR system administration, and reference checks
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a banking environment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
