Siemens offers a stable environment but career growth for Software Engineer roles can feel really slow.


Pros

Cons

Career progression here, especially in Software Engineer roles, is incredibly slow. It feels like you have to wait for someone to retire to move up. There aren't many clear paths for promotion beyond junior roles.
