(1) Program & Transformation Management

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale COE transformation initiatives across multiple regions and functions.

• Drive end-to-end program management, including: initiative planning, cross-functional alignment, milestone tracking, risk management, launch readiness, post-launch hypercare stabilization

• Ensure successful delivery of initiatives such as: footprint management across COE and BPO teams, operational harmonization across regions, large-scale process transitions and team migrations.

(3) Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

• Act as a key coordination point across multiple operational functions, including Operations, Workforce Management, Product, OPEX, Training, and BPO partners.

• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to: resolve operational blockers, drive decision making, ensure consistent execution across teams and regions.

• Communicate program updates, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.

(4) Performance Monitoring & Operational Insights

• Track and analyze operational performance during and after transformation initiatives.

• Use insights to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making.

(5) Change Management & Launch Readiness

• Support the successful rollout of new operational models by ensuring strong change management and launch readiness.

The role

Main responsibilities :

The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital
marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across ecommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tiktokshop, Lazada), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).
• Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
• Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations

Who do we look for - The Ideal Profile:

• Basic knowledge and hands-on campaign execution experience on ecommerce
• Marketplace Ads (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktokshop) as well as experience in different digital media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Instagram ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.,
• 0.5-1 year (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience, either working with e-commerce platforms or a marketing role in a media agency/e-commerce enabler/distributor.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. This role blends creative storytelling with machine learning capabilities to accelerate end-to-end video production across Southeast Asia. You will drive AI adoption within the regional video team, standardize workflows, and enable scalable, high-quality content creation for eCommerce and social commerce brands.

As a Regional AI Video Content Manager, you will take charge of:

AI-Led Video Production Strategy

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools, agentic AI systems, and automation to accelerate video production workflows

• Support the Regional Head of Video Content in implementing AI-powered strategies across Southeast Asian markets

As a Video Production Associate/ Senior Associate you will take charge of 

Your responsibilities would include:

● Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms.

The role

As a Senior Finance Executive within our General Ledger function, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our accounting operations for the Singapore entity. • Responsible for conducting LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (not limited to TikTok, Lazada & Shopee) on a daily basis, including weekends.
• To introduce, promote and demonstrate various brand products such as during LIVE Streaming within guidelines provided.
• To interact and engage with online audiences in a professional manner and respond to enquiries during LIVE Streaming.
• Proactively encourage online audiences to find out, explore and browse the brand products and subsequently proceed to make an online purchase during LIVE Streaming.
• Encourage audience participation by presenting interactive activities, challenges and giveaways during LIVE Streaming.

• Prior experience in hosting live social media events
• The host should have prior experience in hosting and possess technical knowledge in the health and beauty category.

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. The part you will play

The Livestream Production Team Lead will oversee the technical and operational aspects of Intrepid Malaysia’s livestream production and studio operations, ensuring high-quality livestream execution across multiple brand accounts.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in livestream production, studio setup, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced e-commerce livestream environment. The Production Lead will also supervise production managers, maintain studio readiness, and continuously optimize livestream production standards across platforms.

Beyond technical execution, the role supports livestream campaigns aligned with platform promotions and brand objectives, contributing to key performance metrics such as viewer engagement, traffic, and conversion.


As the Livestream Production Team Lead, you will take charge of:

Livestream Technical Production & Supervision

• Lead the technical setup and execution of livestream sessions across multiple brand accounts on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live.
• Ensure high-quality livestream production through proper camera operation, lighting setup, audio management, and scene transitions.
• Manage livestream production workflows including OBS/vMix scene management, camera switching, overlays, and sound balancing.
• Monitor livestream sessions in real time and provide immediate troubleshooting to maintain smooth broadcast continuity.
• Standardize livestream production quality across brands by implementing consistent technical configurations and setups.
• Work closely with hosts and Social Commerce Account Managers to deliver engaging and seamless livestream experiences.
  
  

Studio & Equipment Management

• Maintain full studio readiness, including equipment organization, cleanliness, and functional setup for livestream sessions.
• Manage studio inventory including cameras, lighting equipment, audio systems, props, and product samples.
• Track equipment usage and conduct routine maintenance to ensure all production equipment remains in optimal working condition.
• Plan and supervise equipment upgrades or purchases to support evolving livestream production needs.
• Conduct daily and weekly technical checks to minimize last-minute issues before livestream sessions.
  
  

Livestream Quality Optimization

• Identify recurring technical issues during livestream sessions and implement preventive solutions to reduce disruptions.
• Monitor production quality across livestream sessions and recommend improvements aligned with market standards.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for livestream technical setup, studio operations, and troubleshooting.
• Document best practices for livestream production, equipment configuration, and technical workflows.
• Support the team in improving livestream production efficiency and scalability across multiple brands.
  
  

Team Supervision & Development

• Supervise and mentor Production Assistants to maintain consistent livestream production standards.
• Assign tasks and coordinate production schedules to support multiple brand livestream campaigns.
• Train team members on studio equipment, livestream tools, and operational best practices.
• Ensure adherence to production standards, technical workflows, and studio operational procedures.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Social Commerce Account Managers, hosts, and marketing teams to ensure livestream production aligns with brand campaign objectives.
• Support commercial teams in delivering high-impact livestream sessions during platform campaigns and promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent production quality across different brands and livestream formats.
• Contribute insights on production improvements based on livestream execution experience.

Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile

Experience & Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in livestream production, studio operations, or video production within ecommerce, social commerce, or digital media.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of livestream production tools such as OBS, vMix, or similar streaming systems.
• Practical experience with camera operations, lighting setup, and audio engineering.
• Familiarity with social commerce livestream platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live
• Experience managing studio equipment and maintaining production inventory systems.
• Prior experience supervising production assistants or technical teams is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues under time pressure.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting managed shops by answering buyer inquiries through chat from different e-commerce platforms. You are expected to handle received conversations professionally, clearly, and concisely to provide real-time help and solutions. 

As front-liners of the business, another critical component to this role is to be able to work closely with various internal and external departments that include, but are not limited to, Vendor Acquisition, Key Account Management, Marketing, Production, and Fulfillment to make sure information and knowledge about the store, products, services, and promotions are updated for prime satisfaction of buyers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take charge of 

• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via chat.
• Identify the needs of buyers by asking relevant probing questions.
• Attend course refreshers to ensure knowledge about the products and promotions is up to date.
• Acknowledging and resolving buyer concerns and complaints.
• Analyze and report product and promotion issues.
• Update internal databases with information about product issues and valuable discussions with buyers.
• Monitor buyer complaints and proactively initiate outbound chat to aid assistance.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service in a BPO or Captive Environment
• Above Average English Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Above Average Typing Speed
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Consumer Electronics or a similar industry (Customer Facing or Phone/Chat Support)
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel as well as Google Sheets
