The team you will be part of
The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.
The part you will play
Intrepid Asia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Lead, Marketplaces and Ecommerce Excellence to join the regional team. The role will be involved in working with 6 markets across the SEA region.
As a Regional Lead, Marketplaces and Ecommerce Excellence you will take charge of
- Develop and advise on eCommerce marketing & campaign strategies for key regional accounts across the marketplaces, platforms, and properties, in accordance with their brand goals and current trends.
- Drive platform excellence through data analysis, performance tracking, and implementation of best practices
- Provide end-to-end client servicing, acting as the main point of contact for key regional accounts/
- Work closely with the teams and platform SPOCs to ensure a comprehensive approach
- Drive regionally for our in house retail media ad tech proprietary adoption across markets and brands, conduct audits and advise on strategies.
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- 8–12 years of experience in eCommerce performance marketing
- Background from an eCommerce enabler, agency commerce team
- Strong understanding of the SEA eCommerce and marketplace ecosystem
- Hands-on expertise on-site and off-site media, with a strong focus on Shopee and Lazada
- Clear ownership and understanding of commercial targets (GMV, ROI, efficiency, growth)
