Requirements

• Prior experience working with hardware vendors or technology-related products is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) cost structures and cost breakdown analysis
• Experience in procurement cost control, supplier negotiations, and contract management

Reporting to the Manager, Singapore, this role will offer an opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and skills related to e-Commerce payment solutions as you will be tasked to lead payment gateway integrations, to provide technical support to clients by understanding their payment processing requirements and designing appropriate solutions and to maneuver internally to obtain the development resources necessary to meet merchant needs. Merchant Support, your primary responsibility will include but not limited to

Position Title: Vice President, Financial Operations

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Treasury & Accounting, with executive oversight from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

• Good knowledge of the local Malaysian supply chain and vendor landscape
• Project execution experience in Indonesia is an added advantage

As an Online Trade Activation Executive, you will take charge of

• Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, content, and visuals, and flag potential issues that may impact conversion or customer experience.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling—developing compelling ideas, writing engaging scripts and captions, and spotting trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective. This role demands a passion for words, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for creative opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Senior Content Strategist you will take charge of 

Your responsibilities would include:

• Write clear, compelling scripts and storyboards for short-form video content, from product showcases to campaign storytelling.
• Lead and guide the team, with a focus on understanding social commerce content strategies.
• Support the Video Content Lead in the ideation and development of big creative ideas aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Craft engaging, on-brand captions that support video narratives and highlight key eCommerce hooks
