Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field

• Understanding of AI modelling techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, and familiarity with software development practices

• Manage and oversee all administrative functions, including filing, record-keeping, data entry, and office supply management

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience OR fresh graduate are encouraged to apply in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the office management industry

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation

• Prepare Project Execution Plans (PEPs) for construction projects.
• Support pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Coordinate with consultants to finalize construction documents.

Scheduling & Budget Management

• Prepare and manage project schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6).
• Monitor budgets, costs, and expenditures.
• Review and approve invoices with finance teams.

Construction Execution Oversight

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work follows specifications and safety standards.

Quality & Safety Management
