Responsibilities Channel Income Model Management

• Team lead in overseeing the development, execution, & dispute management of the Open Channel income model, pioneering work into placing effective drivers to acquire Malaysian subscribers & growing a solid Postpaid base. Facilitating change management in the long-term sustainability of channel’s future landscape and drive the development of future proof infrastructure in line with corporate KPIs.
• Designing & validating the components, business rules, and reward structure that will secure a solid productive dealer base to deliver Malaysian Prepaid & Postpaid subscriber acquisition, ensure competitiveness in market & having regular review of payouts to ensure a sustainable operating cost and investment.

Channel Incentive Management
