Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity are preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide support to internal sections/departments related to Safety, Environment, Health, and Engineering matters.

工作職責：

1. 為與安全、環境、健康和工程相關的內部部門/科室提供支援。
2. 與客戶聯絡，討論安全、環境、健康和工程方面的施工前規劃和進度安排。
3. 支援各部門進行與 DOSH 和 DOE 相關的監測和評估工作，包括化學品健康風險評估 (CHRA)、化學品暴露監測 (CEM) 和噪音風險評估 (NRA)、工業衛生和職業安全健康環境 (OSHE) 培訓。

工作要求：

1. 應徵者必須至少擁有化學工程、安全與健康或相關專業的文憑/學士學位。
2. 能夠同時處理多項任務，保持彈性，出差，並能獨立工作。
3. 注重細節，具備優秀的校對/技術編輯能力，以及良好的書面和口頭溝通能力。

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Degree, preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration and/or payroll-related functions.
• Candidates with a Diploma or STPM qualification and extensive relevant experience may also be considered. 
• Proficient in English, able to write and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management from time to time.
