Requirements:

Education

Experience

Tanggungjawab Utama:

A. Reka Bentuk Produk & Tekstil

• Membangunkan corak, cetakan, motif dan konsep reka bentuk asli untuk pakaian, hijab, selendang dan produk tekstil yang berkaitan.
• Sediakan cadangan reka bentuk, mock-up dan visual pembentangan untuk semakan dan kelulusan dalaman.
• Terjemahkan hala tuju jenama, tema produk dan trend pasaran kepada reka bentuk yang berdaya maju secara komersial.
• Sesuaikan karya seni dan corak ke dalam fail sedia untuk pengeluaran jika diperlukan.
• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan pengurusan, pengeluaran dan perdagangan untuk memastikan reka bentuk sejajar dengan strategi produk dan keperluan pembuatan.

B. Penjenamaan & Reka Bentuk Kreatif

• Mereka bentuk bahan kreatif untuk penjenamaan, kempen, promosi, acara, pembungkusan, katalog dan kegunaan korporat atau berkaitan produk yang lain.
• Pastikan konsistensi identiti visual merentasi semua bahan dalam talian dan luar talian.
• Menyokong penghasilan bahan pembentangan korporat, cadangan, risalah, poster dan aset digital.

C. Pemasaran & Sokongan Media Sosial

• Membangunkan kandungan visual untuk platform media sosial, kempen digital dan promosi dalam talian.
• Membantu dalam merancang dan menghasilkan kandungan yang menarik selaras dengan objektif pemasaran.
• Menyokong idea asas salinan, visual kempen dan susun atur kandungan untuk media sosial dan saluran digital.
• Pantau trend reka bentuk dan kandungan yang berkaitan dengan fesyen, peruncitan, gaya hidup dan pasaran Muslimah jika berkenaan.

D. Aliran Kerja & Produktiviti Didayakan AI

• Gunakan alatan AI, termasuk ChatGPT dan alatan lain yang diluluskan, untuk menambah baik penjanaan idea reka bentuk, penjanaan kandungan, perancangan kempen, kecekapan aliran kerja dan produktiviti dalaman.
• Sokong pasukan dalam mengaplikasikan kaedah bantuan AI untuk mempercepatkan proses penyelesaian tugas kreatif dan pemasaran.

Keperluan:

Pendidikan

• Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Reka Bentuk Grafik, Reka Bentuk Tekstil, Reka Bentuk Fesyen, Komunikasi Visual, Reka Bentuk Multimedia atau bidang berkaitan.

Pengalaman

• Minimum 2–4 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam reka bentuk grafik, reka bentuk tekstil/fesyen atau bidang kreatif yang berkaitan.
• Pengalaman terbukti dalam mereka bentuk corak/cetakan untuk pakaian, hijab, tudung atau produk berkaitan adalah sangat diutamakan.
• Pengalaman dalam pemasaran digital atau penciptaan kandungan media sosial adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.

Kemahiran Teknikal
