The Quality Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) Management System. • Ensure all project installations and processes adhere to approved quality methodologies.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead sections of quality engagements, assign tasks, and review outputs for accuracy and completeness.

• Support the Team Manager in managing tasks, resource allocation, and administrative functions.

The Opportunity

You will join DRS as a Legal Assistant, organising and preparing files for upload, completing policy and process review, allocating legal negotiations, performing legal administrative tasks, verifying the accuracy of data, managing and delivering MI cases, assisting with executions and onboarding, supporting legal consultants with their caseload, reviewing documentation, extracting data from legal contracts, and performing monthly execution reconciliation.

Responsibilities

The role

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
