Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data centre / mission-critical developments. This role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of contractual and commercial activities, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, commercial strategy, and risk management protocols.

The successful candidate will play a key role in administering contracts, managing claims and variations, and supporting procurement and delivery teams across high-value CSA and MEP packages.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration & Governance

• Manage and administer contracts across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions
• Oversee contract documentation, including subcontracts, amendments, and change orders
• Ensure adherence to contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke client contracts)
• Provide guidance to project teams on contractual obligations, rights, and risk exposure

Commercial & Claims Management

• Lead the assessment and management of variations, claims, and disputes, particularly for MEP and specialist packages
• Review contractor submissions including EOT (Extension of Time), cost claims, and change requests
• Support negotiation and resolution of commercial issues with contractors and vendors
• Maintain detailed records to support commercial positions and dispute avoidance

Procurement & Package Management

• Support procurement activities including preparation of tender documentation, contract terms, and bid evaluations
• Provide input on contract strategy for key packages such as:
  • Mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling infrastructure)
  • Electrical systems (MV/LV, UPS, generators)
  • Specialist data centre equipment and installations
• Ensure contracts are aligned with project delivery strategies and timelines

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks across the project
• Ensure all contractual processes meet internal governance and compliance standards
• Support risk mitigation strategies through proactive contract management and issue resolution

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact for contractual matters between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Work closely with project managers, cost managers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
• Facilitate effective communication and escalation of contractual issues when required

Role Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall Merchant Operations and Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Product, and Technical/Deployment teams, as well as external vendors and business partners to ensure smooth operational execution and alignment with business objectives. Support cross-functional coordination, project implementation timelines, issue resolution, and operational improvement initiatives while proactively escalating critical operational matters and driving corrective action plans when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchant Operations Management: Lead and oversee daily Merchant Operations activities across:

• Onboarding, Fulfillment, POS Operations, Project Support
• Ensure operational processes are executed accurately and within SLA timelines.
• Monitor merchant onboarding progress, deployment readiness, and issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Support, Finance, Product, and technical teams when necessary.
• Drive operational consistency between KL and JB operations teams.
• Work closely with Sales Admin functions to ensure proper processing and documentation of sales-related activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Merchant Operations, or related functions.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing sales administration and operational workflows.

Treasury Function Build & Governance:

• Design and implement end-to-end treasury policies, frameworks, and internal controls for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Establish a scalable treasury operating model aligned with business growth.
• Build and maintain banking relationships, including negotiation of facilities, services, and terms.
• Drive selection, implementation, and optimisation of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and related tools, including ERP integration.

Cash Management and Forecasting:

• Oversee daily liquidity management across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Design and manage cash pooling structures (physical or notional where applicable).
• Develop robust short-term, medium-term, and long-term cash flow forecasting processes. 
• Ensure optimal use of cash across the Group, including working capital optimisation.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks including FX, interest rate, and liquidity exposure.
• Design and implement hedging strategies aligned with Group risk appetite.

Funding, Debt & Investment Management:

• Develop short-term investment strategies to optimise yield on idle cash while maintaining liquidity.
• Manage Group debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with covenants and reporting requirements.
• Assist commercial and management to evaluate and execute financing strategies to support business expansion and capital needs. 
• Support capital structure planning and funding optimisation initiatives.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to align treasury activities with company objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights into liquidity, risk, and financial performance, including funding requirements.

Compliance, Controls & Regulatory Management:

• Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations, banking requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain strong governance over cash, banking, and payment activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and treasury best practices across jurisdictions.

Intercompany & Cross-Border Treasury 

• Establish and manage intercompany funding structures, including loans and settlements.
• Ensure efficient cross-border cash movement while complying with local regulatory requirements.
• Partner with tax and finance teams on transfer pricing and intercompany policies impacting treasury.

Team Leadership & Capability Building 

• Build and lead the Group Treasury function, including recruitment and capability development.

REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• At least more than 7 years of treasury or related finance experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-like environments.

The part you will play

As the Affiliate and KOL Manager at Intrepid, you will play a key role in driving revenue and customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate marketing and KOL programs to support Intrepid’s eCommerce growth objectives.

You will oversee the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will take charge of

• Experienced Commercial Leader - You have at least 10 years of senior team leadership roles in a fast-paced environment, and proven track record in multiplying business revenues. Responsible for supporting top management and Country ESH in driving ESH and security excellence through strategy development, culture building, and implementation of corporate best practices at the Bukit Raja site.

The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, promotes Behavior Based Safety and Sika minimum standards, and acts as Management Representative to maintain the Sika Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

EHS Strategy and Program Implementation

• Develop and implement EHS and security strategies aligned with corporate and regional initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards across the Bukit Raja site.

• Work closely with Country ESH, QA, and Compliance teams to deploy new programs, best practices, and initiatives across Sika Malaysia sites, ensuring effective communication at all organizational levels.

Policies, Management Systems and Documentation

• Develop, review, and update EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and coordinate periodic reviews of the Sika Management System and ensure proper implementation of standardized procedures in collaboration with the QA department.

• Ensure that only approved and controlled documents are used across the organization.

Audits, Risk Management and Corrective Actions

• Coordinate and lead internal and external EHS audits, ensuring timely follow up and closure of non-conformities and audit findings.

• Conduct regular safety walks, risk assessments, and internal EHS and security audits to identify hazards and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

• Work with site leadership and cross functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Training and Awareness

• Develop and deliver EHS and security training programs for employees at all levels, including management, to promote compliance and strengthen the EHS culture
  Coordinate training programs related to quality, environmental, safety, and health requirements for relevant staff.

Incident Management and Reporting

• Lead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, near misses, and other safety related events.

• Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prepare detailed investigation reports.

• Ensure timely reporting to management, authorities, and group functions as required, while supporting other Sika Malaysia sites when necessary.

Performance Monitoring and Compliance

• Monitor EHS performance through corporate or country defined KPIs and metrics.

• Oversee the reporting system including SpheraCloud and drive corrective actions based on leading and lagging indicators.

Supplier and Contractor Management

• Collaborate with Procurement to evaluate the EHS performance of suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards throughout the supply chain.

Regulatory Compliance and External Liaison

• Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS laws, regulations, and standards.

• Liaise with consultants, statutory bodies such as DOE and DOSH, and certification bodies on matters related to Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen EHS, security, and QA processes, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning across Sika Malaysia sites.

The Quality Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) Management System. This includes ensuring compliance with international standards, ISO 9001 requirements, legal obligations, and client specifications across both corporate and project levels—particularly within solar farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Compliance

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the company’s QSHE Management System in compliance with international standards, legal requirements, and local regulations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor ISO 9001 standards at corporate and project-site levels.
• Serve as liaison with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies for all Quality-related matters.
• Provide professional guidance and advice for effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
• Develop, lead, and promote Total Quality Management (TQM) excellence within the organization.

Continuous Improvement & Audits

• Drive continuous improvement of QSHE systems and implement practical mitigations for identified risks and concerns.
• Conduct inspections and internal quality audits across project sites (including solar farm operations), ensuring compliance with approved methods and standards.
• Prepare, review, and maintain detailed Quality Audit Reports and associated documentation.

Training & Development

• Design and implement Quality training programs and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to address competency gaps and improve risk mitigation.

Project QA/QC Execution

• Support Project Management Teams in developing and executing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC initiatives.
• Investigate and analyse Quality-related incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all project installations and processes adhere to approved quality methodologies.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead sections of quality engagements, assign tasks, and review outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure effective communication, timely progress reporting, and optimal service delivery.
• Support the Team Manager in managing tasks, resource allocation, and administrative functions.
• Drive team efficiency and accountability by monitoring utilization hours and performance outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil and structural, Mechanical, Electrical or related field) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Management within EPC, Renewable Energy, or Construction sectors (Solar experience preferred).
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, Total Quality Management, and relevant QSHE regulations.
• Proven experience with internal auditing, compliance, and process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and external authorities.
• Certification in Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) or equivalent is an advantage.
