Key Responsibilities 1. Store Visits & Execution Monitoring
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of brand and operational standards
- Identify gaps and provide immediate, actionable feedback to store teams 2. Store Evaluation & Compliance
- Perform structured store evaluations/audits using approved tools
- Track and follow through on action plans to ensure compliance with brand and operational guidelines 3. Sell-Out & KPI Tracking
- Monitor store sell-out performance and track key KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity)
- Highlight risks and support implementation of corrective actions 4. Store Operations & Retail Excellence
- Ensure adherence to store processes and retail excellence standards
- Validate compliance with the Store Operations Manual during store visits 5. Action Planning & KPI Improvement
- Support development and execution of action plans to improve KPIs based on performance analysis
- Ensure timely follow-through across all assigned franchise stores 6. Training Coordination & Support
- Align with FRS Trainers on training topics and calendar execution
- Support rollout and tracking of training initiatives in stores 7. In-Store Marketing Execution
- Partner with the Brand Team to ensure consistent in-store marketing and visual merchandising execution
- Monitor campaign implementation and provide feedback on execution quality 8. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Franchise Operations Leads and store teams to support execution of plans and initiatives
- Provide on-ground insights to support continuous improvement
