Coordination with the maintenance of company's website
Create monthly content plan for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s), managing Google Ads
Preparing social media collaterals for guests and clients
Preparing photos and doing layout for the social media posts
Edit and post photos and videos to online accounts
Manage marketing partnerships with bank and corporate partners
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Work on printed material for announcement, posters, collaterals, etc.
Maintain and implement the hotel brand on all mediums
Skills And Qualifications
Strong verbal and written skills
Skill in basic photography and photo editing (using Adobe Photoshop and Canva)
Fluent in Tagalog and English
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
Well-developed negotiating skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
Self-motivation and adaptability
Graduate of any Bachelors degree related to Marketing
1-2 years of marketing experience; within the hospitality industry is an advantage
