In this role, your mission is to ensure accurate and complete onboarding and loan application preparation. You will make a direct impact by:
- Onboard new clients and manage initial communications
- Assist with fact-finds and document collection
- Verify ID, income, bank statements, assets and liabilities
- Enter data into CRM and lender platforms
- Prepare and package loan applications for submission
- Ensure applications meet lender policy requirements
- Follow up outstanding requirements prior to submission
- Maintain accurate electronic files and compliance records
The Scorecard: This Role Is for You If…
Experience:
- You have 1–2+ years of experience in a mortgage or finance support role
- You have experience in Australian mortgage lending
Technical Skills:
- You are familiar with lender portals or aggregation systems
- You are confident working in CRMs and loan submission platforms
Non-Negotiables:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Australian aggregators (AFG, PLAN, Connective, Finsure)
- Understanding of NCCP/compliance
