Manage business registrations, renewals, amendments, and compliance with SEC, DTI, LGU, BIR, and other agencies.
Prepare and file required documents to meet government deadlines.
Track regulatory updates and maintain a compliance calendar.
Safeguard permits, licenses, and compliance records.
Liaise with agencies and assist clients with expansions or ownership changes.
Guide staff and clients on compliance procedures.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and records management.
Monitor office supplies and inventory.
Support HR and payroll tasks as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and partners for smooth operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
12 years experience in admin support, compliance, or government liaison work (preferably in accounting, lending, or law firms).
Familiarity with SEC, DTI, BIR, LGU, and other compliance requirements is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and able to handle multiple deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
