Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
W/ at least 2 year of Accounting Experience
W/ at least 1 Year Experience in Audit
With above or average skill in working with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
Highly efficient, can multitask and can handle a great amount of workload
Has initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment; has attention to detail
Able to work competently with minimal supervision
Approachable, courteous, and has integrity
Organized and able to delegate tasks and oversee staff
Key Responsibilities
Perform accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
Conduct audits and review financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to manage financial data accurately.
Oversee and delegate tasks to junior staff, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative.
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all financial matters.
Support the finance team in various ad hoc projects and process improvements.
