Job Summary
Lead the design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems for hydropower facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical engineering team and projects
- Oversee design, commissioning, and maintenance of generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems
- Ensure system reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Implement maintenance programs and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- 8+ years experience, with hydropower background
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of SCADA, protection systems, and grid integration
