Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning and development of sales channel strategies (branches, online banking, mobile apps, cash agents, third-party partnerships).
  • Monitor sales targets per channel based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to recommend enhancements and corrective actions.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve client experience across all sales channels.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management practices related to sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • With 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales, product development, channel management, or banking/financial services is a must
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / reporting tools
