Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across all phases: feasibility, preliminary design, and detailed engineering design.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between DPWH, consultants, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring adherence to approved schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, design documents, and feasibility assessments.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations, documenting key decisions and action items.
  • Support procurement and contract management processes related to consultancy and design services.
  • Track project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Project Manager as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with DPWH standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, preferably in bridge or transport projects.
  • Familiarity with DPWH processes and standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
