The Role

We’re seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring initiatives for property management and select corporate roles. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building strong candidate relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

You’ll play a key role in full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of an ATS (Paylocity experience is a plus but not required; training available).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted recruiting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) for job postings and candidate communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in a natural, non-robotic tone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within property management, real estate, or multi-site operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with property management roles (Leasing, Maintenance, Property Operations).
  • Experience in agency or remote recruiting environments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within property management, real estate, multi-site operations, agency recruiting, or remote recruiting environments.

Skills: Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, familiarity with ATS platforms (Paylocity is a plus), sourcing skills, interview coordination, candidate screening, AI-assisted recruiting tools knowledge (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar), strong English communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Characteristics: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, organized, human-centered communicator, and capable of working efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Hiring Support

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for property management and select corporate roles.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Manage multiple active requisitions in a high-volume environment while ensuring a strong, consistent candidate experience.
  • Comfort using AI to enhance recruiting workflows, including writing job posts, candidate communications, and prospect outreach in a natural, human tone (avoiding overly robotic messaging).
  • Maintain accurate documentation, status updates, and candidate dispositioning within the ATS.

Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates using job boards, referrals, AI-enabled tools, and other approved recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone and virtual screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and availability.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Follow established recruiting processes and comply with U.S. and California hiring guidelines as directed.
  • Maintain professional, timely, and human-centered communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates and support onboarding handoffs to HR teams.
