Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth, optimizing the customer journey, and managing overall e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as website and marketplaces
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales analytics
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
- Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of online platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
