Principal Responsibilities
- Develops over-all strategies, objectives, and directions for the section.
- Oversees & manages over-all production of all Warehouse requirements/orders/forecasts.
- Ensures and maintains the production of safe and quality products to meet customer requirements and standard.
- Ensures manufacture of products in a cost-effective manner (no rework, return, and rejection)
- Recommends and ensures the implementation of special projects (mechanization and/or automation) for the improvement of Production capacity, capability, and efficiency.
- Ensures compliance of Production with the standards of Quality and Food Safety Management System (QMS, FSSC,, GMP and HALAL)
- Ensures compliance of Production to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in production management, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
