Expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.
Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customers convenience.
Expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve the target set by the organization.
The Agent reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
At least SHS graduate or any equivalent course / certificate
Competent in oral and written communication, Computer Literate, Good Vision, Speed typing, Accurate reporting, Ability to work fast
