- Supplier reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable queries
- Customers & Suppliers setup
- Payment allocation for AR.
- Good communication skills
Requirments - Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, including bank and accounts payable/receivable.
- Experience in raising invoices, matching purchase orders, and processing requisitions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to perform detailed financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries related to accounts receivable/payable and provide effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work with new systems and adapt to evolving accounting procedures.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
