Designation: Sales Process Quality Head

Office Location: UB Square - 10F Quezon (Head Office-Non HQ)

Position description: Ensure a healthy and collaborative relationship with the assigned sales channel to create and maintain an open communication for any concerns or issues to be easily and immediately discussed and addressed. Ensure the sales team are compliant with regulations. Maintain a permanent state of control readiness. There should be no audit findings resulting from any process lapse in relation to the execution of the related controls as indicated in the approved process. Provide sales support by designing and implementing process improvements. Ensure constant collaboration with the sales leaders and alignment in the compliance of all the required controls. Resolve most issues by applying professional judgment when interpreting data and results To be updated with local regulations and bank policies that may affect existing processes and policies. Escalation of sales issues identified in the reviews and in RCSA testing

Primary Responsibilities

  • The Sales Process Quality Head aims to provide full leadership and direction to the Sales Process QualityTeam who provide sales control support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Sales Governance leaders and the Cards and Loans Sales team.

Educational Qualifications Preferred

  • Degree: Bachelors degree
