As EXP Solutions and Pricing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the Pricing Strategy for EXP Products. You are an expert in developing pricing and other financial models to properly assess the feasibility and profitability of various solutions for new and existing customers alike.
You will work closely with different stakeholders like sales and operations on the pricing negotiations and cost analyses and put forward data-driven recommendations.
You will be making sure the solutions are designed according to the client's requirements and the BU's direction. They will support said solution's execution c/o the different 2GO teams. You will be leading and/or supporting improvement initiatives of the BU, especially if related to Solutions & Pricing.
You will be leading the pricing team, ensuring accurate and on-time set up of approved customer profile and updated rates in system, and helping resolve customer profile/rate set up related issues to ultimately help the BU be paid for the work done.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of dynamic pricing models tailored to diverse market segments and customer profiles, ensuring revenue maximization and competitiveness. - Maintain pricing accuracy with 98% alignment to cost structures and market benchmarks on a quarterly basis.
Collaborate with the FBP and Vendor Mgt teams to assess and incorporate all the
cost components needed to execute effective pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all product and pricing models.
Provide actionable insights on pricing strategies to operational teams, ensuring
seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals. - Deliver monthly pricing reports with actionable insights for decision-making.
Conduct in-depth market analysis, benchmarking, and competitor pricing reviews to
identify market trends and competitive opportunities.
Develop and manage pricing dashboards, ensuring accurate monitoring of pricing
metrics and market performance.
Drive training sessions for internal teams on pricing tools, pricing analysis and
methodologies to ensure organization-wide adoption and understanding. - Achieve a 90% implementation success rate for new pricing models aligned with latest pricing strategy within planned timelines.
Partner with the Performance Mgt and Improvement and OPEX team to align pricing
initiatives to drive performance improvements and customer satisfaction goals.

Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams,
enhancing pricing strategy effectiveness.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related
field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing management, preferably in the
- logistics or express courier industry.
