Qualifications
12 years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online retail.
Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock levels across platforms.
Coordinate to Warehouse and Logistic for the schedule and monitoring of shipping of orders.
Analyze traffic, conversion, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Resourceful and highly adaptive.
Familiar of software system.
