Role Summary
Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, organized, and operational by supporting daily maintenance, safety checks, and inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas (floors, racks, storage, loading zones.
- Perform basic maintenance and report facility or equipment issues
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning tools and materials
- Conduct safety checks (e.g., fire extinguishers, hazard identification)
- Assist in checking incoming and outgoing items for accuracy and condition
- Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity) and proper item placement
- Organize storage areas to improve space and accessibility
- Support inventory counts, audits, and general warehouse operations
- Follow safety policies and housekeeping standards at all time.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in warehouse, maintenance, or general labor is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic safety practices
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
