About the Role:
Sqyrs, a real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Promodiser to join our team. As a Promodiser, you will be responsible for introducing our company to potential clients through effective online and in-person promotional strategies. Earn basic pay plus commission.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
***Special note: You will not sell or market any real estate property.
- Develop and implement innovative online marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Conduct in-person company presentations/demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize promotional strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in the use of the computer and common online tools (such as email and browsers)
- At least senior high school graduate
