Position : Amazon Ecommerce Manager
Working Hours : M-F CET
Salary Range : 2,500 to 3,000 USD/month

About The Role
This is not a support role. You will own key revenue channels and have a direct impact on growth. From managing PPC campaigns and optimizing listings to improving backend operations and coordinating with logistics, you’ll play a central role in driving operational excellence and commercial performance.
- Own our Amazon, Bol.com, and Shopify platforms end-to-end
- Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns with clear KPIs
- Optimize listings: titles, descriptions, SEO, pricing, and imagery
- Monitor sales performance, spot trends, and proactively take action
- Maintain and improve the Shopify backend (products, collections, apps)
- Coordinate with fulfillment and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon (FBA) and Shopify
- Proven track record with Amazon PPC and budget ownership
- Strong knowledge of listing optimization, CRO, and A/B testing
- Analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing for revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
We are looking for someone with proven experience scaling a D2C brand on Amazon to €5M+ in revenue within 1 to 2 years.
