In this role, your mission is to ensure accuracy and timeliness across high-volume accounts payable functions. You will make a direct impact by:
- Processing large volumes of freight and parcel carrier invoice payments online and by phone.
- Preparing accurate reports that document all payments made.
- Communicating promptly with clients and team members to resolve issues quickly.
- Supporting the Accounting Manager with special projects and additional duties.
This Role Is for You If…
Experience:
- You have at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
Technical Skills:
- You’re familiar with Excel and common internet-based applications.
Non-Negotiables:
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to handle large volumes of invoices daily
- Night shift availability
